How will we use your personal information?

To hold your contact details within our accounts administration systems solely for the purposes of administering your account, managing your billing cycle and issuing reminder notices to ensure uninterrupted continuation of any services that you have requested from us. To hold within our email system relevant contact details and any relevant historical correspondence such as will enable us to service your account. We will not use your data, or allow any third party to use your data, for any unsolicited marketing activity and will not use your contact details for unsolicited mailing of any type other than communications directly related to the administration of your account or the provision of the services that you have asked us to supply.
How will your data be stored?
We use a third-party cloud service provided by Strategic Systems Consulting, Inc., (trading as eApps) to host your account. eApps have their own privacy policy which can be viewed at: https://www.eapps.com/company/privacy-policy.php We use a third-party cloud service provided by IRIS Software Group Limited (trading as Kashflow) to manage our accounting system. Kashflow have their own privacy policy which can be viewed at: https://www.kashflow.com/privacy-policy/ Although we technically have access to your account data we will not access the data on your account for any purpose other than to provide the services that you have asked us to supply, to correct errors, recover lost data, prevent access by malicious agents or to aid you in setting up or maintaining your account. We will only access your data if requested to do so by the account holder or a third party authorised by the account holder, or if your data is in danger of being lost or compromised due to errors or malicious attack.
How will we keep your data safe?
We will use due diligence to ensure that Karisto Limited and any third-party service used by us to provide services to you will manage your data in a way that is compliant with all data protection legislation currently in force within both the European Union and the United Kingdom.
